2.1 MySchoolUAE operates a digital discovery and engagement platform that facilitates connections between families and Schools in the United Arab Emirates.

2.2 MySchoolUAE is not:

• An admissions authority;
• An education provider;
• An agent or representative of any School;
• A party to any admission or enrolment agreement.

2.3 All admission decisions, fee structures, contractual terms and educational services are solely determined and delivered by the relevant School.

2.4 Any agreement entered into between a Parent User and a School is independent from MySchoolUAE.

3.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age.

3.2 If you access the Platform on behalf of a School or other organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 You agree that all information provided to MySchoolUAE is accurate and not misleading.

4.1 Certain features require registration of an Account.

4.2 Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials;
• All activity under their Account;
• Ensuring authorised access only.

4.3 MySchoolUAE reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that:

• Contain inaccurate information;
• Breach these Terms;
• Pose a security or reputational risk.

5.1 Parent Users may:

• Search and filter Schools;
• Submit enquiries;
• Request visits or information;
• Initiate or submit applications where available.

5.2 Schools may:

• Create and manage School profiles;
• Receive enquiries and application data;
• Access analytical insights (where applicable);
• Engage in marketing services under separate agreements.

5.3 MySchoolUAE may modify, suspend or discontinue features at its discretion.

6.1 By submitting an enquiry or application, Parent Users authorise MySchoolUAE to transmit their information to the selected School(s).

6.2 Once transmitted, the School becomes independently responsible for processing such data.

6.3 MySchoolUAE is not liable for a School's handling, storage or use of personal data beyond transmission.

6.4 Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

7.1 The Platform is generally free for Parent Users.

7.2 Schools may independently charge application or enrolment fees. MySchoolUAE is not responsible for payment processing unless expressly stated.

7.3 Champion Schools are subject to separate written agreements governing fees, renewals, services and lead arrangements.

7.4 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees payable to MySchoolUAE are non-refundable.

8.1 Users shall not:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
• Upload harmful or malicious software;
• Interfere with Platform functionality;
• Misrepresent identity;
• Infringe intellectual property rights;
• Circumvent agreed commercial arrangements.

8.2 Schools shall not misuse Parent data obtained via the Platform.

8.3 MySchoolUAE may restrict or terminate access for breach without prior notice.

9.1 Users are solely responsible for User Content submitted.

9.2 By submitting User Content, you grant MySchoolUAE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display such Content for operational and promotional purposes.

9.3 MySchoolUAE may remove Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

10.1 All rights in the Platform, including software, design, databases, trademarks and branding, are owned by or licensed to MySchoolUAE.

10.2 No User may reproduce, scrape, copy, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.2 MySchoolUAE makes no warranties regarding:

• Admission outcomes;
• Accuracy of School-provided information;
• Uninterrupted availability;
• Fitness for a particular purpose.

11.3 Users assume full responsibility for interactions with Schools.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, MySchoolUAE shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss;
• Loss of revenue, business or opportunity;
• Admission outcomes;
• Errors or omissions in School information;
• Actions or omissions of Schools.

12.2 Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the total fees paid by the User to MySchoolUAE in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
